About Kevin Bury Design
Kevin Bury has over 20 years experience designing user intefaces for a wide variety of products. Currently, Kevin is a Principal Interaction Designer at LinkedIn. Prior to LinkedIn, Kevin was Director of User Experience at Yahoo!, where he managed a talented team of designers who are responsible for all of Yahoo’s “Front Door” products - including the Yahoo! Front Page (http://yahoo.com), My Yahoo! (http://my.yahoo.com) and Yahoo! Buzz (http://buzz.yahoo.com). Prior to Yahoo!, Kevin held senior design and management positions at Ariba, WebMD, Apple (Claris), and IBM.
Kevin has extensive consumer and enterprise user interface design experience. In addition to Front Doors, Kevin’s consumer design experience includes the HotJobs Job Seeker user interface, ClarisWorks, and Claris HomePage.
Kevin’s enterprise experience includes managing the team responsible for the complete redesign of the HotJobs Recruiter and Administrator user interfaces, lead designer of Ariba Enterprise Sourcing, and lead designer of WebMD Practice - WebMD’s portal for physicians and their medical practice office staff.
